Miles de iraquíes se vuelcan a las calles para despedir al general Soleimani | Fotos, vídeo

Miles de personas salieron a las calles de Bagdad para dar el último adiós al comandante de la Fuerza Quds, general Qasem Soleimani, y a varios miembros de las milicias chiíes que muertos en un ataque aéreo de EEUU.

Muchos de los participantes en la multitudinaria procesión fúnebre vestían de negro y portaban banderas de Irak y de las milicias respaldadas por Teherán, que eran extremadamente leales a Soleimani. También se pudieron escuchar lemas como "¡muerte a Estados Unidos!" y "¡venganza!".

Irán tildó el ataque estadounidense de "acto de terrorismo internacional" y advirtió que vengará su muerte. A su vez, el portavoz del Gobierno iraní, Alí Rabiei, adelantó que el país persa responderá al asesinato de Soleimani en un futuro próximo.
